According to the VARK model, learners are identified by the type of learner they were:
- Visual learner (movie, pictures, graphs)
- Auditory learner (music, discussion, lectures)
- Reading and writing learner (making lists, reading textbooks, taking notes)
- Kinesthetic learner (experiments, hands on activities)
Well, if you are an auditory learner, I have great news!
My professionally edited audiobook is now available on Audible. It has been available as an eBook and a color paperback. With 53 illustrations downloaded as a PDF, there is a lot for the visual learner as well.
We are now the #1 new release on Amazon.com for three categories: Holistic Medicine, Genetics, and Immunology. The reviews are also all five stars! (see below)
Truly, the chapters on immunology and basic cell biology are a wonderful primer for the layperson or even the advanced practitioner…
P.S. Paying my “dumb tax” – FYI, Making the audiobook was the most difficult single project I ever undertook. I tried to record it at home and edit it, but the quality was too poor so it was abandoned after 100+ hours of effort.
Then I spent 20 more hours in the recording studio and again, tried to edit it myself before giving up and hiring a professional. So another 60 hours spent.
In the end, I believe the final result was worth it and that you will enjoy the book in my own voice. Thanks for giving it a listen (see this link for a free sample)
P.P.S. The notion that some folks don’t like to read reminded me of an early blog. Several patients noted that their ability and desire to read improved after exosome use. Read this blog for more info

Great book that explains exosomes in a fashion that is easily digestible.
The resources for further investigation that the book offers are worth getting the book by itself.

The book is also written in basic language and avoids jargon. This feature allows the book to be read by any one. From medical professional to someone with zero medical or deeper biology understanding. All along the side of beautiful illustrations to connect the words with visuals. This connection satisfies 3 learning modalities; visual, reading, and auditory if read aloud is used. Equitable education at is finest!!

It’s thoughtfully, beautifully, and sometimes humorously written for all by a wonderful altruistic man whose life mission shifted mid stream to help give birth to a hidden healing force within us all.
